We collect only what we need to price your work: your name, contact details and the drawings you send. Drawings are stored in a private folder, are never shared with anyone outside Pro Steel Solutions, and are deleted on request.
How long we keep your drawings. Drawing files are deleted automatically after the retention period set in our system, which is 12 months unless we have agreed otherwise with you. We email you two weeks before anything is deleted so you can download it. The quote itself and the quantities we measured stay on record for our accounts; your files do not.
We don’t sell data, we don’t run advertising trackers, and we don’t take payment on this website. To have your details removed, email info@prosteelsolution.com.

The chat on this site is answered by an AI assistant. When it is switched on, your messages are sent to Anthropic, which provides the AI, to produce the replies. If you ask for a call back, the name, number, email and notes you give are passed to our team so we can call you.
We keep chat conversations for 180 days, then delete them. Please do not share card details, passwords or anything sensitive in the chat. To have a conversation deleted sooner, email info@prosteelsolution.com.
